Summary: Our stay at Nathan's place was very nice. The house was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens are so soft (felt like we were sleeping on clouds). I appreciated that the lamps in the rooms were dimmable, especially for the little ones. We surprisingly enjoyed the cowboy pool, the temperature of the water was perfect after going to the cold natural water spots in Austin. The house is located near attractions and easy to get to from the freeway.

Summary: The house exceeded our expectation to accommodate our family for our daughter’s graduation. It was very clean and spacious. The back patio was a nice touch to accommodate us as well. The location was perfect! The host responded quickly & communicated very well! Will definitely rent this house again when we go back with a big group.

Summary: Our group of 8 had the best time at this property! Nathan was SO communicative and made the check in/check out process so seamless for us. There are plenty of beds, a huge living room that fits everyone comfortably, laundry access, a full kitchen, etc. The neighborhood is also very cute and has a ton of nice properties! We certainly would stay her again and can't thank you enough for a great stay!!!
